Kronborg Castle

Outside of Denmark, Kronborg castle is primarily known for Shakespeares story about Prince Hamlet. But the location, right on the Northeastern tip of Zealand, with the tremendous view towards Sweden is by all means unique and spectacular. The train ride from Copenhagen is less than an hour, and by car you can reach Elsinore in 30 minutes. Elsinore is well worth a visit, with a charming pedestrian street and a beautiful beach.
