Nyhavn

The history of Nyhavn dates back to the 17th century, and since the beginning the street has been a preferred hangout for artists and locals. Søren Kierkegaard and Hans Christian Andersen have walked the street of Nyhavn excessively. In fact our world famous storyteller has live in Nyhavn for more than 20 years. Nyhavn leads up to the Kings Square with the Royal Theatre and Strøget. But a short walk along the harbour will lead you to Amalienborg, the Royal residence.
