The apartment has two bedrooms, one large and one somewhat smaller. A south-facing corner room with the most beautiful view of Nyboder and evening sun. A small cozy dining room, and a small combined toilet / shower room. Small but well-stocked kitchen with microwave and convection oven.

There is wireless internet in the apartment , flat screen TV with and cable TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

There is access to an amazing award-winning yard with a playground and an outdoor grill.

The apartment is on the fourth floor, and the property has no lift.

The apartment is inhabited usually by the owners and their a dog

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

As a security measure credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover a warranty of EUR 1000.
