Porcelænshaven is a residential area in Frederiksberg. It is both a public park and has residential buildings, mostly apartments. These buildings are surrounded by the beautiful park that offers its residents a unique combination of green surroundings and city living. This area was previously part of the Royal Copenhagen factory area. Close to the Metro, cafés & restaurants.

The apartment is ca 100 m2 and consists of:
Hall, large combined dining room / kitchen / living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and exit to balcony (not big enough for 5 persons), bedroom with double bed, child's room with single bed, teenager's room with single bed, combined toilet / bathroom with shower

The apartment's facilities include:
WiFi, dishwasher, tumble dryer, streaming capable SmartTV, free parking

The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building with an elevator

We are usually very flexible when it comes to early check-in or at least to store luggage from 10:30 AM on check-in day, depending on when the previous guests leave.

Credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover the security deposit of EUR € 1000. This amount will be refunded in full unless there are damages.

For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
