Perfect for families

You will be staying in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Copenhagen dated back to the Middle Age, in a classic architectural slightly crooked building from 1690.
It’s a perfect place for families to experience Copenhagen because all the main attractions such as the Queens Palace, Nyhavn, Rosenborg Castle, The National Gallery, National History Museum, Botanical gardens etc., are within walking distance.

Besides that, you will also have a lot of space in the apartment with 3 bedrooms all with comfortable mattresses plus a small nest for the kids up under the roof. There is a beautiful view over the city's rooftops but remember you are downtown and there will be urban sounds. The neighborhood offers plenty of choices of cafés, bakeries, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the area, everything you need can be found within a few minutes walking.

If you feel up for it, you can even go for a swim in the harbor where the water is completely clean. During all seasons you will see the Danes taking a plunge, no matter the temperature.

The apartment has plenty of exposed wooden beams and crooked wooden floors. It is on three levels and consists of:

1st level (4th floor): Entrance, fully equipped open kitchen with exit to a small terrace towards the courtyard, combined large living and dining room with TV.

2nd level (5th floor): Combined toilet and bathroom with shower, 1 master bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm and 1 smaller bedroom with a cot that can be converted from 80 to 160 x 200 cm.

3rd level (6th floor): Large open bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm. The room has a beautiful view overlooking the city with its towers, and is connected to a separate small bedroom/nest under the roof with a mattress 140 x 200 cm, mostly for kids.

The apartment's facilities include:

WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, hair dryer, TV that is streaming capable, fridge, microwave, oven, induction stove, kettle, toaster, cooker hood, coffee press, iron…

NB: no parties allowed. Zero tolerance and you will have to leave immediately if this is not respected.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

The apartment consists of 3 levels

Level 2: Bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm, bedroom with sofabed 160 x 200 cm

Level 3: Open bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm and another small bedroom with low ceiling and a double mattress 140 x 200 cm

No parties - there is zero tolerance and you will have to leave apartment.

Credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover the security deposit of EUR € 1000. This amount will be refunded in full unless there are damages.

Special prices and conditions may be discussed for longer stays.

For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
