This is a townhouse located in the Amager / Copenhagen South area and is close to the beach. Private yard and garden with a trampoline for the children.

The apartment is on 2 floors and consists of:
1st floor: Living room, dining room, gaming room, kitchen and a newly renovated combined toilet / bathroom.
2nd floor: Master bedroom with double bed, children's / teenagers' room with double sofa bed, combined toilet / bathroom

Access to a private yard and carden and a private service room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
