A fantastic location right beside Tivoli, Copenhagen City Hall, in the middle of downtown and even more fantastic a complete house with a fantastic yard. The only disturbance is from the bells atop Copenhagen City Hall

The house is on two floors and consists of:
Ground floor: Hall, service room, combined living room / dining room / kitchen, combined toilet / bathroom
1st floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds 180 x 200 cm. One of these bedrooms is a walk-through bedroom

NB some stairs must be climbed to reach the bedrooms

The apartment's facilities include:
WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, TV with Chromecast but no channels.

We are often very flexible when it comes to early check-in or at least to store luggage from 10:30 AM on check-in day, depending on when the previous guests leave.

Credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover the security deposit of EUR € 1000. This amount will be refunded in full unless there are damages.

For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
