We only rent out homes in the following areas: Indre By, Christianshavn, Frederiksberg, Østerbro, Vesterbro, Nørrebro, Islands Brygge, Amager, Hellerup, Valby. If your home is outside these areas, we unfortunately cannot rent it out.

We deliver all the soft goods and clean up so that everything is perfect when the guests arrive.

If the price is right, the occupancy rate is usually around 80%.

It depends entirely on how many bedrooms + beds available. It is not so decisive whether it is a small or large home.

The property must be functional and in good condition. There are also some practical requirements in relation to what must be in the apartment, such as wifi, hairdryer, coffee maker and smoke and fire alarms.
