KMD IRONMAN COPENHAGEN 2025 - August 17th

The KMD Ironman in Copenhagen is one of the most exciting sport events in Copenhagen and even for spectators, it is very gripping to see the men and women fighting their way through the 3.86 km swim, 180 km bicycle ride and 42.4 km run.

The swim is held in the artificial lagoon at Amager Beach, the bike ride takes the participants through the streets of Copenhagen, along the Eastern coastline of Zealand and through the beautiful countryside North of Copenhagen. Lastly, the marathon part of the Ironman is a four-lapped course through the Copenhagen City Centre.
