As an owner, you have an annual tax allowance. It applies when renting short-term through a company that reports the income – which we handle. Below is an illustration showing the daily allowance if you rent for 70 days.

This means your property is rented to guests who do not register at the address – just as tourists normally do – without affecting the official residency records.

If, on the other hand, you rent to people who register at the address and officially live there during the rental period, this is considered subletting.

This type of subletting does not count toward the 70-day limit allowed for short-term rentals under the rules.

We only rent out homes in the following areas: Indre By, Christianshavn, Frederiksberg, Østerbro,
Vesterbro, Nørrebro, Islands Brygge,
Amager, Hellerup, Valby. If your home is outside these areas, we unfortunately cannot rent it out.

We deliver all the soft goods and clean up so that everything is perfect when the guests arrive.

If the price is right, the occupancy rate is usually around 80%.

It depends entirely on how many bedrooms
+ beds available. It is not so decisive whether it is a small or large home.

The property must be functional and in good condition. There are also some practical requirements in relation to what must be in the apartment, such as wifi, hairdryer, coffee maker and smoke and fire alarms.
