Good apartment with space for 4 persons in central Østerbro

The apartment consists of:

Hall, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with small dining table and exit to balcony, bedroom, combined toilet / bathroom with shower,

The apartment's facilities include;

WiFi, TV med a large number of channels and a washing machine and dishwasher.

The apartment is on the 4th floor in a building without an elevator.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

POLICIES AND INFORMATION

As a security measure credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover a warranty of EUR 1000.

It may be possible to agree on a special price and conditions for longer stays.
For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

Really beautiful and well communicated apartment. Spent there a whole week (a couple with a 9 years old child) and all was perfect. Awesome decoration and cozy furnitures. Would repeat without hesitations.
