Large, lovely and well-lit apartment with view over the city roofs as well as Østerbro stadium and the park Parken

This area is perfect for shopping and visiting a café

The apartment consists of:

Hall, combined living room / dining room, kitchen, combined toilet / bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with sofa bed + single bed. Exit to balcony.

The apartment's facilities include:

WiFi, dishwasher, combined washing machine / clothes dryer, TV with a small number och channels (many sports), AppleTV

The apartment is on the 5th floor in a building without an elevator.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT

Bedroom 1: double bed 200 x 220 cm
Bedroom 2: single bed 90 x 220 cm + sofa bed consisting of 2 mattresses that are 80 x 200 cm each.

POLICIES AND INFORMATION

As a security measure credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover a warranty of EUR 1000.

It may be possible to agree on a special price and conditions for longer stays.
For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

Lovely bright airy apartment, nice area of Copenhagen. Shops, supermarkets, cafes nearby. Easy public transport to the town centre, just 10 mins on bus1A.
