BRIEF DESCRIPTION

A well-located apartment in the attractive neighborhood of Østerbro.

Østerbro is a beautiful neighborhood on Copenhagen's east side. Østerbro is known for being a peaceful and family-friendly area with a charming atmosphere and many parks. The apartment is close to The Citadel, The Little Mermaid, Parken and both Nordhavn station and Østerport station.

The apartment is 120 m2 and consists of:
Living room, large kitchen with dining table, 3 bedrooms with space for 4 persons, combined toilet / bathroom with shower.

The apartment's facilities include:
WiFi, SmartTV without channels but streaming capable with a Sonos soundbar, dishwasher, washing machine, water cooker and and French press.

The apartment is on the ground floor in a building without an elevator.

Access to a very family-friendly backyard that is cozy.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

POLICIES AND INFORMATION

Credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover the security deposit of EUR € 1000. This amount will be refunded in full unless there are damages.

Special prices and conditions may be discussed for longer stays.

For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
