BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Brand new apartment in a new neigbourhood - Engholmene. From here you have a fantastic view on the harbor and Islands Brygge.

The apartment contains the following:

Entrance, combined living room/kitchen with direct access to balcony. Bedroom with double bed and access to balcony.

Combined toilet/bathroom with shower.

In addition, the apartment has the following facilities:

Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a building with a lift.

The apartment has a private parking, where you can also charge your electric car.
The price per night is 25 euros and you must order it in advance. The charge of your car is included in the parking price.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

POLICIES AND INFORMATION

Credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover the security deposit of EUR € 1000. This amount will be refunded in full unless there are damages.

Special prices and conditions may be discussed for longer stays.

For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
