Lovely and bright apartment in Copenhagen.

The apartment includes:

Balcony - Hall, combined kitchen / dining / living room with direct acces to balcony, combined toilet and shower, separate bedroom. The apartment has noise reducing windows.

The apartment has the following facilities.
Internet, TV with international channels, DVD, Stereo, docking station for Iphone / ipod, dishwasher.

Free laundry in the building.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in building with elevator.

For long term stay there is option for acquisition of parking place.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT

Double bed: 180 x 200 cm.
Sofa bed: 140 x 200 cm

POLICIES AND INFORMATION

As a security measure credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover a warranty of EUR 1000.

It may be possible to agree on a special price and conditions for longer stays.
For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

Truly a perfect location for adventures out into Copenhagen. The metro was close, all of the things we wanted to do were close. We just wish we had more time!
