A fantastic apartment with 4 bedrooms and space for 6 persons. This is a perfect family apartment. Close to the Metro train.

The apartment consists of:

Bedroom 1: Doublebed 140 x 200 Master bedroom with unsuite combined toilet / bathroom with shower and bathtub, Another combined toilet / bathroom with shower
Bedroom 2: with single bed 120 x 200 cm
Bedroom 3: with single bed that can be folded out to a double bed with two 90 x 180 cm mattresses at different levels
Bedroom 4: with single bed 120 x 200 cm
Access to a yard with a grill.

The apartment's facilities include:
WiFi, dishwasher, 2 washing machines, TV with international channels, Netflix, HBO & Disney+, fireplace.

The apartment is on the 2 rd floor.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

POLICIES AND INFORMATION

Credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover the security deposit of EUR € 1000. This amount will be refunded in full unless there are damages.

Special prices and conditions may be discussed for longer stays.

For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
