BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Here you are close to the entire city in a newly constructed building in the popular neighborhood Carlsberg byen.

The building was built in 2021 and has space for 2 persons.

The apartment consists of:
Family room with kitchen / living room / dining room with exit to balcony, combined toilet / bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed.

The apartment's facilities include:
WiFi, TV without channels but capable of streaming, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, Nespresso coffee maker

The apartment is on the 8th floor in a building with an elevator.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover the security deposit of EUR € 1000. This amount will be refunded in full unless there are damages.

Great apartment. The location was fabulous. It is a ver quick walk to the train and grocery stores. The only complaint is that the bed was too soft.
