BRIEF DESCRIPTION
This apartment is close to Copenhagen's lakes and has really good access to the whole town, which is within walking distance. You are close to the Botanical Garden and the State Art Museum.
The apartment is 100 m2 and consists of:
Hall, living room, kitchen with dining table, office / bedroom with day bed / cot and exit to balcony, bedroom with double bed, combined toilet / bathroom with shower.
The apartment's facilities include:
WiFi, 1 SmartTV, 2 TVs with Chromecast, combined microwave oven / standard oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee from a French press or Italian espresso
The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a building without an elevator.
We are usually very flexible when it comes to early check-in or at least to store luggage from 10:30 AM on check-in day, depending on when the previous guests leave.

POLICIES AND INFORMATION
Credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover the security deposit of EUR € 1000. This amount will be refunded in full unless there are damages.
Special prices and conditions may be discussed for longer stays.
For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
