BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This apartment is located in the cozy and peaceful Frederikstad neighborhood between The Royal Garden and Ny Boder. A few minutes' bicycle ride and you are in downtown Copenhagen with attractions such as The Little Mermaid, Amalienborg Palace and Rosenborg Castle. A lovely neighborhood with cozy local environment with for example playgrounds right around the corner.

The apartment is very light and is on the 2nd floor. The surrounding houses are low and the apartment is therefore very light.

The apartment is ca 77 m2 and consists of: hallway, kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, childrens room, dining room, living room combined with bedroom and a lovely balcony with sun all day and evening.

A small cozy yard in the old style with cobblestones and flowerbeds as well as plenty of tables and benches.

The apartment's facilities include:

WiFi, TV with a small number of primarily Danish channels, dishwasher. NO washing machine or clothes dryer.

NO elevator in this building.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Childrens room; two childrens bed that both are 80 x 160 cm

POLICIES AND INFORMATION

As a security measure credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover a warranty of EUR 1000.

It may be possible to agree on a special price and conditions for longer stays.
For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
