BRIEF DESCRIPTION
This is an entire house with garden and private parking for one car. Close to Sundby metro,
The house is 110 m2 in one level and contains the following:
Entrance, 3 bedrooms (one is a children's room), All-room consisting of kitchen / living room / dining room. From here you have access to the garden.
The house has 2 combined toilet/ bathrooms. One is completely separate, the other one is connected to a bedroom.
In addition, the house has the following facilities:
Wifi, TV with streaming via chromecast, combined washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso.
Private parking.
We are often very flexible for earlier check-in or at least to leave the luggage from 10:30, if possible on the day, depending on what time the previous guest leaves.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
Bedroom 1: Double bed 180 x 200 cm (from here there is direct access to the bathroom with double shower)
Bedroom 2: Children's room with double bed 140 x 200 cm
Bedroom 3: Single bed 120 x 200 cm
POLICIES AND INFORMATION
As a security measure, credit card details will be requested upon arrival as a guarantee for a security deposit of EUR 1,000.
For longer stays, special rates and individual terms may be available upon request.
For stays exceeding 30 days, a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required.
