BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Excellent apartment for two colleagues or a small family.

The apartment consists of:

Hall, connected sitting room and dining room with direct access to private garden, master bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with extendable sofa bed for two people, combined office walk-in closet, combined toilet and bathroom with shower, kitchen.

The apartment has the following facilities:

Wifi, TV with international channels, dishwasher, washing machine.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a building with a lift.
Parking is easy in the area, but not for free.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT

Master bedroom: doublebed 180 x 200 cm

Bedroom: sofa bed 80 x 200 cm (extended: 2 x 80 x 200 cm)

POLICIES AND INFORMATION

As a security measure credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover a warranty of EUR 1000.

It may be possible to agree on a special price and conditions for longer stays.
For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

Spacious accomodation. Clean and well lighted due to lots of Windows. Nicely decorated with lovely artwork. Good kitchen but small bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Nice dining room and nice living room.
