The apartment consists of:
Hall, large combined dining room / kitchen, TV-room / living room, 1 bedroom with exit to a large balcony and to the apartment's bathroom (combined toilet / bathroom) - to get to the bathroom you must go through the bedroom. There is also a separate toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with double beds

The apartment's facilities include:

The apartment is on the 4th floor in a building without an elevator.

We are usually very flexible when it comes to early check-in or at least to store luggage from 10:30 AM on check-in day, depending on when the previous guests leave.

POLICIES AND INFORMATION

Credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover the security deposit of EUR € 1000. This amount will be refunded in full unless there are damages.

Special prices and conditions may be discussed for longer stays.

For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
