This open area has large windows and skylights, that give the room pleasant lighting all day. The room is furnished with a comfortable couch, TV with streaming via Chromecast and a nice dining area. The living room exits to a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and a view of quiet surroundings.

Kitchen:
A modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to make meals. You will find an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, regular coffee machine with filter and a Nespresso machine.

Bedroom:
The bedroom is furnished with a large, comfortable double bed that can be raised and lowered, blackout curtains and quiet surroundings, perfect for a good night's sleep.

Bathroom:
A well-lit bathroom with shower.

We are often very flexible for early check-in or at least to store luggage from 10:30, if possible on the day, depending on what time the previous guest departs.

Credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover the security deposit of EUR € 1000. This amount will be refunded in full unless there are damages.

For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
