BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Apartment of 103 m2 located 50 meters from Hellerup Station - so really good access to Copenhagen.

The apartment is a ground floor apartment without an elevator with direct access to a cozy backyard.

The apartment consists of a living room, a large dining room with access to the bedroom with a double bed. From the bedroom there is access to a large bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Please note that you have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.

The second bedroom is located in the basement - where there also is a bathroom/toilet with shower.

In addition, the apartment has the following facilities:

Wifi, Smart-TV, dishwasher.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

POLICIES AND INFORMATION

As a security measure, credit card information is required upon arrival as a guarantee for a damage deposit of 1000 euros.

There may be the possibility to negotiate a special price and conditions for longer stays.
For stays over 30 days, one month's rent is required as a security deposit.
