Please note: The apartment is located on the ground floor, and the bed in the bedroom measures 140 x 200 cm.

We are often very flexible regarding early check-in or, at minimum, storing luggage from 10:30 AM if possible on the day, depending on what time the previous guest checks out.

POLICIES AND INFORMATION

As a security measure, credit card details are required upon arrival as a guarantee for a damage deposit of 1000 Euro.

It may be possible to agree on a special price and special conditions for longer stays.
For stays over 30 days. 1 month's rent is required as a security deposit.
