We're often flexible with early check-in or at least luggage drop-off from 10:30 AM, depending on what time the previous guest checks out.

As a security measure, credit card details are required upon arrival as a guarantee for a damage deposit of 1,000 Euro.
For longer stays, it may be possible to arrange a special rate and specific terms.
For stays over 30 days, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.
