Copenhagen is awarded as the top destination 2011
Through the non-profit organisation European Consumers Choice, Copenhagen is voted as the destination of the year 2011.
The European Consumers Choice Awards (ECA) was established in 2008 in Brussels. The voting process begins with a visit by a delegation from the European Consumers Choise, in nominated European cities. Then the best noted cities participate in an on-line vote by the European consumers.
This year Copenhagen is voted as the top destination of 2011, ahead of Barcelona and Berlin.
