KMD IRONMAN COPENHAGEN 2015 - August 23

Even though the tickets already sold out, the KMD Ironman in Copenhagen is one of the most exciting sport events in Copenhagen and even for spectators, it is very gripping to see the men and women fighting their way through the 3.86 km swim, 180 km bicycle ride and 42.4 km run.

The swim is held in the artificial lagoon at Amager Beach, the bike ride takes the participants through the streets of Copenhagen, along the Eastern coastline of Zealand and through the beautiful countryside North of Copenhagen. Lastly, the marathon part of the Ironman is a four-lapped course through the Copenhagen City Centre.

If you are a participant yourself, be sure to book an apartment or a hotel room in good time, as the KMD Ironman usually attracts a large number of participants, their families and enthusiasts to the Danish capitol.

The 2015 KMD Ironman in Copenhagen is happening on the 23rd of August.
